If you have received your Netflix code but you’re facing issues when redeeming it, please make sure to check these things before you redeem your voucher:
1. Make sure you are not using any VPN Connection;
2. Make sure that you are redeeming the card here in the Philippines.
Please also try to:
1. Use Google Chrome;
2. Restart your device;
3. Log out and log back into your Netflix account, then try to redeem it again;
4. If none of these work, please try redeeming again after 24 hours.
