1. Open the game on your mobile phone and tap the "Mail" button located at the bottom left of the screen.
2. Find and open the notification message titled "Please claim your Coupon." Tap the "Claim" button.
3. Return to the game’s home screen and tap the "Bag" menu at the bottom right of the screen.
4. You will see the coupon you claimed and you can use it.
