Here are the steps you need to follow to redeem your voucher code:

1. You will receive your voucher code at the email address entered during your purchase.
2. Go to Bigo Live’s official website. Click on Login via Bigo ID at the top of the screen.
3. Enter your Bigo ID and the verification code received. To check the code, go to your Bigo app, click “Chats,” and choose “BIGO Official.”
4. Scroll down and select Codashop.
5. Enter the voucher code you received from Codashop and click Submit.
