Error 414 on Smart despite having sufficient balance

Smart offers two types of prepaid credits.

  • Promo Load
  • Regular Load

Please note that only Regular Load can be used to make purchases on Codashop.

If you encounter Error 414, despite having sufficient balance, we recommend checking your balance through the Smart App to ensure that you have enough Regular Load.

 

Here are the steps on how to check your load balance:

  1. Download and install the Smart App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

  2. Open the app and Log in/Sign Up using your Smart number.

  3. Once logged in, you will immediately see your available load balance on the Home/Dashboard screen. To view a more detailed breakdown, click on “Load.”

  4. You will then see the breakdown of your Promo Load and Regular Load.
